Data
The file upload form on this site captures and saves data about you and your file.
Your uploaded file is held in confidence and will not be released or shared, unless you gave permission when completing the upload form.
Your file will be used at a live event, for a live stream, and/or as part of an archived video that is designed to be shared publicly on the web. We will privately retain your source file for file editing.
Cookies & Local Storage
We use WordPress with Elementor and the Gravity forms plugin to capture your data and file upload. These temporary files contain no personal information should be cleared by your device’s operating system 7 days after your last visit to this site.
Who we share your data with
If you gave permission at the time of file upload, we may share your file with the event organizer.
How long we retain your data
Event organizers occasionally ask us to make video edits long after the event. We may privately retain your files indefinitely to facilitate this process.
What rights you have over your data
We provided you a copy of the data you entered. It is stored with a timestamp and your IP address. You can request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
